All prices on www.intarsiafurniture.com are suggested retailprices and are incl. of VAT. Payment methods available: VISA and MasterCard. Payment is due upon shipping of your order.
Shipping is handled by LGT Logistics and the order is deliverd to the given adress. Delivery time is 3-4 weeks.
If nothing is noted, we will contact you to hear, where you ordre can be placed. If the order may be placed without a signature, this is at your own risk, no matter the shipping company. If you are not home to recieve the package, the order can be picked up on the nearest central. If you wish for the package to be re-delivered, this is at your own expense.
Packages are delivered to you home. if you live in a multi-storey property, then you should expect to carry the goods up to your floor yourself. You can choose to pay for a delivery all the way into you home. Let us now before we ship the order. tThe following also applies: For islands without an independent postcode and without a fixed bridge connection, deliveries are made to the port of shipment. For islands with an independent postcode and without a fixed bridge connection orders are delivered to the recipient.
Important: Refuse recieval if the package looks damaged. If you do not refuse. You are responsible for the item.
Return / right of withdrawal
We offer a 14-day return policy when you shop with us, if the goods are returned unused in undamaged original packaging – do not write on the original packaging. You choose wether you want your money back og exchange of the goods. You must pay all costs associated with returned goods.
The return policy last 14 days from the day of recieval.
You must inform us within 14 days if you wish to return the product. Inform us at firstname.lastname@example.org Your message must clearly state that you wish to claim our return policy. You can not regret by simply refusing to receive the item without at the same time giving us clear notice of this.
You must return your order to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must bear the direct costs of returning the item. You bear the risk of the item from the time of delivery of the item.
The right to return the product requires that the product and packaging are in the same condition as when it was received. The right to return the product also requires that the product has not been used.
If you choose to return the product via parcel delivery, use the packaging in which the product was delivered.
The customer pays for the postage when returning a product.
Upon return, it is your responsibility that the package is securely wrapped so that we receive it intact.
Returned goods are assessed upon receipt and any impairment is deducted from the sales price. You are liable for any deterioration in the value of the item, which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the item’s nature, properties and the way it works. In other words – you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store. The impairment is based on what the item can be resold for. It takes 5-14 working days before refunded money can be seen in your account after we have received the item returned.

Complaints: We offer a 2 year warranty on all products from the day of recieval. Keep your receipt as valid documentation If, contrary to all expectations, you have a complaint about a product or something else we should know, you can contact Intarsia Furniture at the contact information above.
Complaints about a product can not be caused by abuse of the product. If your complaint about a product is accepted, we reserve the right to repair or replace the product with a new one. In this situation, we cover any expenses associated with this. You must complain within “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect in the item. If you complain within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
