Collection of personal data:

Anything that can identify a person such as name, address, phone number, email address and IP address can be categorized as personal data. When you interact with Intarsia Furniture, in most cases larger or smaller amounts of personal data will be collected. When you sign up for a newsletter or participate in competitions, we collect the information you enter - in most cases this will be name, email address. When you place an order at Intarsia Furniture or if you contact us by email, we collect the data you share yourself - this will often be name, address, possibly company, email address, telephone number, information about the products you have purchased and any right of return, payment method and shipping information. When you visit Intarsiafurniture.com, information about your behavior on our website, about your browser, keywords on our website, your IP address and network as well as information about where you accessed our website is collected by consent. We collect the described information primarily with a view to making our communication relevant, to create statistics and analysis, and to optimize the user experience and functionality on our website. We therefore only process the data for business purposes and in no way for any conceivable forms of personal use.

Processing of personal data:

We only process relevant and necessary information. Necessary information may be your address in connection with the delivery of an order. This information is both necessary to be able to provide a service to you, and equally necessary in connection with keeping the rules within tax and bookkeeping. Relevant information may be your activity in order to send you newsletters to which you yourself have given consent, with content adapted to you and your preferences. We neither sell, distribute nor share your data in any other imaginable way unless it is necessary to deliver our service to you, you have given us permission, it is necessary to comply with laws or if it is part of a collaboration with data processors both within and outside the EU/EEA. In rare and special cases, according to the instructions of the law, it may be necessary to pass on information to public/legal bodies - for example, information may be given to the police in connection with suspicion of forgery or fraud. Our website is operated by external suppliers who process data on behalf of Intarsia Furniture and according to our instructions.

Removal, correction and insight into personal data: When your data is no longer relevant in connection with the purpose for which it was originally collected, processed and stored, it will be deleted from our database. However, you always have the right to contact info@intarsiafurniture.com and have your data updated, restricted or deleted, unless this is contrary to another Danish law. You can also gain insight into which data we have available about you and what we use this data for. If you wish, you can also obtain a copy of the data we have available. Du er kreativ, nysgerrig og klar til at tage ansvar. Du har interesse for design og markedsføring, og du elsker at skabe indhold, der engagerer og inspirerer. Du har en god forståelse for sociale medier og den digitale verden, og du trives i en dynamisk og uformel arbejdsatmosfære.

 

Dine opgaver vil blandt andet være:

•  Planlægning, eksekvering og analyse af indhold på sociale medier.
•  Arbejde med nyhedsbreve, pressemeddelelser og B2B-kommunikation.
•  Tekstforfatning til web, PR og kommunikation.
•  Udarbejdelse af trykt markedsføringsmateriale som POS-materiale.
•  Opdatering af hjemmeside og vedligeholdelse af digitale showroom.
•  Evt. styling, fotografering og videoproduktion til markedsføring.
